Baldwin Nail & Spa at 1685 Grand Avenue #200, Baldwin, New York.

I've been going to this nail salon for years, but i've become more and more disappointed with the service here. I was attracted to the service and ambiance of this spa originally. They used to be very clean, sterilizing tools after each customer but I've noticed this is a thing of the past. I frequently have to ask the staff to clean things before using them on me. There's an employee there that can't paint nails to save a life and shouldn't be working there.
